The more availability you have, the sooner we can get you scheduled.Terms and ConditionsBy completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and/or price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email or text with a reservation time and date option and a general price quote. Your appointment in salon will begin with a 30 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be accommodated. I understand that reservations will be guaranteed with a credit card. We will not charge your card unless a minimum of 48 hour notice is given for cancellation via email (reservations@salonrev.net) or text (972-267-1215). If insufficient notice is given your card will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the services reserved. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Due to limited reservations available during holiday hours (November and December), we request a 7-day notice to cancel reservations. If insufficient notice is given over the holiday schedule, we will charge $100 and may not be able to reschedule until after January 4, 2023.
