We will make every effort to accommodate your request as soon as possible in line with the information given here. The more availability you have, the sooner we can get you scheduled.
Terms and Conditions
By completing this form, I am submitting an appointment request and/or price quote inquiry. In response, I will receive an email or text with a reservation time and date option and a general price quote.
Your appointment in salon will begin with a 30 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service. Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be accommodated.
I understand that reservations will be guaranteed with a credit card. We will not charge your card unless a minimum of 48 hour notice is given for cancellation via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or text (972-267-1215). If insufficient notice is given your card will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the services reserved.
HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: Due to limited reservations available during holiday hours (November and December), we request a 7-day notice to cancel reservations. If insufficient notice is given over the holiday schedule, we will charge $100 and may not be able to reschedule until after January 4, 2023.
